四种抗氧化剂对大鼠浸水应激性溃疡的影响

研究了抗氧化剂谷胱甘肽(GSH)、抗坏血酸、维生素E、叶酸对大鼠浸水应激性溃疡的影响.结果表明,用4种抗氧化剂灌胃都可显著抑制应激性溃疡的发生;谷胱甘肽腹腔注射也可抑制应激性溃疡的发生.4种抗氧化剂都具有抗大鼠浸水应激性溃疡的作用.     

宪法学范畴的逻辑研究

宪法学范畴是宪法学理论体系的架构.宪法学范畴有其自身的逻辑结构与层次,本文将宪法学范畴的逻辑结构分为基石范畴、基本范畴、一般范畴这三个层次.每个层次的范畴成为宪法学体系的支柱和支点,为宪法学研究奠定了基础,将复杂的宪法现象以合理科学的逻辑结构联系起来,共同形成了宪法学这张宏大的网.宪法学的基石范畴是人权,基本范畴包括权力与权利,宪法与宪政两对对应范畴,一般范畴由基本范畴分解而来或直接间接派生,在稳定的基础上有较强的开放性,本文基于这三个逻辑层次对宪法学范畴进行整体把握.     

Mean residual weighted versus the length-biased Rayleigh distribution

In some statistical applications, data may not be considered as a random sample of the whole population and some subjects have less probability of belonging to the sample. Consequently, statistical inferences for such data sets, usually yields biased estimation. In such situations, the length-biased version of the original random variable as a special weighted distribution often produces better inferences. An alternative weighted distribution based on the mean residual life is suggested to treat the biasedness. The Rayleigh distribution is applied in many real applications, hence the proposed method of weighting is performed to produce a new lifetime distribution based on the Rayleigh model. In addition, statistical properties of the proposed distribution is investigated. A simulation study and a real data set are prepared to illustrate that the mean residual weighted Rayleigh distribution gives a better fit than the original and also the length-biased Rayleigh distribution.     

A stochastic graph process for epidemic modelling

A stochastic graph process with a Markov property is introduced to model the flow of an infectious disease over a known contact network. The model provides a probability distribution over unobserved infectious pathways. The basic reproductive number in compartmental models is generalized to a dynamic reproductive number based on the sequence of outdegrees in the graph process. The cumulative resistance and threat associated with each individual is also measured based on the cumulative indegree and outdegree of the graph process. The model is applied to the outbreak data from the 2001 foot‐and‐mouth (FMD) outbreak in the United Kingdom. 宾位"数量名"结构中数词"一"的隐现是有条件的,为汉语音步特点所制约,是韵律音奏的内在要求决定"一"的省略与否.当其前动词与其后量词均为单音时,[1+2+1]或[1+2+2]式句法音步与自然音步不一致,数词"一"倾向于省略以形成三音节"超音步"或[2+2]式音步,达到韵律和谐;当动词或量词为双音节时,"一"不具备省略的内在韵律要求和外部语流条件,不能省略.

Quantitative Assessment of the Risk of Release of Foot‐and‐Mouth Disease Virus via Export of Bull Semen from Israel

Various foot‐and‐mouth disease (FMD) virus strains circulate in the Middle East, causing frequent episodes of FMD outbreaks among Israeli livestock. Since the virus is highly resistant in semen, artificial insemination with contaminated bull semen may lead to the infection of the receiver cow. As a non‐FMD‐free country with vaccination, Israel is currently engaged in trading bull semen only with countries of the same status. The purpose of this study was to assess the risk of release of FMD virus through export of bull semen in order to estimate the risk for FMD‐free countries considering purchasing Israeli bull semen. A stochastic risk assessment model was used to estimate this risk, defined as the annual likelihood of exporting at least one ejaculate of bull semen contaminated with viable FMD virus. A total of 45 scenarios were assessed to account for uncertainty and variability around specific parameter estimates and to evaluate the effect of various mitigation measures, such as performing a preexport test on semen ejaculates. Under the most plausible scenario, the annual likelihood of exporting bull semen contaminated with FMD virus had a median of 1.3 * 10^?7 for an export of 100 ejaculates per year. This corresponds to one infected ejaculate exported every 7 million years. Under the worst‐case scenario, the median of the risk rose to 7.9 * 10^?5, which is equivalent to the export of one infected ejaculate every 12,000 years. Sensitivity analysis indicated that the most influential parameter is the probability of viral excretion in infected bulls.
